CONSORTIUM PROGRAMS

Management development programs for a group of companies.

The consortium programs combine the benefits of both in-company programmes and open enrolment programmes. Stockholm School of Economics IFL Executive Education and a group of companies work together on a joint management development project, co-ordinated by a management group in which the program team and representatives of the companies jointly develop and continually evaluate the programme.

Stockholm School of Economics IFL Executive Education has long and wide-ranging experience with this type of program, which was launched in 1976.

The programs could be seen as a part of a talent pipeline formed by IFL consortium general management development programs where the IMP – International Management Program forms the first step, FEM International – Functional Executives Management program the second and TIO – International Executives program the third step.
