IFL Kämpasten in Sigtuna - Company Restaurant of the Year 2010

Johan Kuhn and Niklas Pallgren, both chefs at IFL Kämpasten in Sigtuna, are Sweden’s best company chefs.

The Company Restaurant of the Year 2010 competition was held April 22, 2010 at the restaurant Gastro Nord, the largest trade fair for restaurants in the Nordic area.

The jury stated: 

“Today’s winning team distinguishes itself thanks to their fresh and contemporary dishes. The ingredients are well prepared and the dishes maintain a consistently high quality. The team has worked professionally and methodically throughout. Their appealing presentations made a great impression on the jury.”
