The Learning Journey

Imagine a program as a journey, a journey for yourself but also together with others. Participating in one of SSE IFL´s programs is actively to choose a voyage of discovery rather than a mere journey.

Before you board, you need to understand some things relatively clearly: how long the journey will last; where we are going; is there a travel guide on the journey; what should you bring with you and perhaps also what you would like to take with you from the journey as lasting impression and memories? Expecta­tions are high and there may be some background nerves. 

Everyone on the journey carries a different rucksack each of which contains a lot of things. Some are heavy, others less so. Some have all the equipment one can think of: headlamp; special watches; pulse meters; ice pick, pillow, etc. others come as they are. Soon the adventure begins.

At SSE IFL, we are travel agents and travel guides on all these voyages of discovery. In order to become really good, competence is required within three areas; fundamentals, learning experience and the leadership of learning.
