The program is aimed at:
• managers and leaders at a management group level with responsibilities for clients or business
• qualified specialists and process leaders
• people who lead or are members of a management group.
The development program is exclusively produced for ABB, Ericsson, Folktandvården i Stockholm, Handelsbanken, Karolinska University Hospital, NCC and Skandia, The participants are appointed by each of the above organizations.
Description
The program’s five seminar weeks have the following headings:
1. Me and my leadership
Methods, theories and understanding within the areas of self-knowledge, values which drive leadership, projections and leadership.
2. Business intelligence, strategy and corporate culture
Business intelligence, trends, macro economics, globalisation, strategy, business development and corporate culture and change.
3. Business analysis and financial strategy
Business development with a focus on business analysis and financial strategy as well as steering a business from a leadership perspective.
4. International project work and European questions
Knowledge from the various modules are implemented when we work with change strategies and when we meet European management groups.
In addition we follow European issues through our visits to Brussels and the EU.
5. Leadership in the future and integration of the program
Management of know-how companies, creativity, work with management groups, dialogues on power and politics, career planning and strategic rhetoric.
Coaching – an underlying theme
An underlying theme of the program is the use of coaching methods for problem-solving and network building.
Daily documentation and reflection
Reflection is a golden thread running through the program.
