- Team building and development
- International leadership and cross-cultural management

- Branch specific
- Projects which are directly connected to development requirements and the organization’s business.
PRE-STUDY TO MAP NEEDS AND GOALS
Each program is unique and is structured together with the customer. We undertake a thorough pre-study of the client organization’s situation, needs and goals.
With the aid of extensive interviews and workshops we determine the form, content and processes underlying the programs. Programs are run in close association with the client, whose senior management often participate in the learning process.
PILOT PROGRAM
After the pre-study, we prepare a proposal for the structure, content and form of our cooperation. This proposal is discussed and re-worked together with your organization.
An initial pilot program is conducted. The structure, content and learning processes are then reviewed and any necessary adjustments are made before the program is implemented in its entirety.
DIALOGUE AND OPENESS CREATE CONFIDENCE
Stockholm School of Economics IFL Executive Education takes full responsibility for the formation, implementation and the continual review of the program, but attaining the best possible result requires an ongoing dialogue between us and the key personnel in the client organizations.
We are constantly striving for an open relationship with our clients. Expectations are communicated and continual feedback is provided in both directions. This builds confidence and the foundation for a long, close cooperation.
15-25 PARTICIPANTS ON EACH OCCASION
In-house programs are often developed for a large number of managers within the client’s organization. Planning for the program normally starts six months to one year before it commences.
A typical tailored program consists of 12-25 program days divided into three or four modules spread over a period of six months to one year with 15-25 participants on each occasion.
The program is held at the place or places which best suit your organization. The majority of programs are held in several different environments and countries. Normally, some of the time is spent at IFL’s conference center, Kämpasten in Sigtuna.
