The program has been developed for graduate engineers and is also open for participants with a similar university education and a number of years professional experience. The program supplements your engineering background with knowledge of business administration and business development.
Description
The Graduate Engineer Program consists of two parts:
• The Graduate Engineer Program - Business Administration, which deals with financial analysis and financial reporting
• The Graduate Engineer Program - Business Development, which provides knowledge of strategic processes and tools which can be used to contribute to develop your business
You can choose to attend the entire program or just the first part.
The Graduate Engineer Program - Business Administration is divided into two modules: Business Reporting and Financial Costing and Control. The program is highly interactive. Lectures are alternated with group exercises and examples and real business issues from the participants’ own companies. Project work is included.
