You will find below, for each of us working at Executive Finance Institute, a short resume of our backgrounds.
Charlotte Ugander, Director
, has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics with a major in Financial Economics. She is today Head of Executive Finance Institute and has worked 17 years in the Financial Industry on an international basis, mostly in Paris, London and New York. For 12 years, she worked as an equity sales person for several large investment banks. She worked with sales of mutual funds and as a private banker.

Johan Nordlund, Business Director, has the overall responsibility for a number Executive Finance Institute of the institutes open enrollment programs and its tailor made in-company programs (for example the Diploma Program for Financial Analysts). Johan also teach and is mainly involved in programs for financial advisors. Johan Nordlund obtained in 2003 a Master in Science with major in Finance at Södertörns Högskola and in 2006 the titles AFA/CEFA.

Viktoria Norell, Program Coordinator
, has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Service Management Program, Umeå School of Business. Viktoria has more than ten years’ experience from working with executive training programs, both for Swedish and international executives, conducted in various different countries. Viktoria is employed at SSE IFL Executive Education since 2010, working as program coordinator for the Executive Finance Institute.

Maria Frithz Warg, Program Director
Driving Sales. Maria is responsible for the development of SSE IFL Executive Education's programs in finance. Over the years she has been the program director of numerous programs in finance. Maria has extensive experience from the sector, after graduating from SSE she has worked in banking and finance for more than 25 years.

Torbjörn Sällström, Program Director for 
almost 20 years. He also teaches in both open enrollment and tailor-made programs in finance, and has been responsible for developing the highly regarded Diploma program in finance given by IFL since 1993. Before joining IFL Executive Education, Torbjörn spent 10 years working in the financial sector as a financial analyst. Torbjörn has a licentiate’s degree in Financial Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
