This leadership development program is aimed primarily at those of you holding senior management positions. You will be involved in strategic decision making and in leading change processes in your organization.
The program has no formal educational requirements but several years’ senior management experience is necessary to be able to benefit from the program content.

The program consists of four modules:

• Organization and steering
• Communication and senior management groups
