The program is aimed at those of you who are managers at management group level or equivalent.
Description
The focal point of the program is strategy and steering issues, areas in which it important that everyone in the management group contributes in order to move the business forward in a successful way.
The program is divided into three main areas: business, steering and leadership.
• Within the area Business we work with the relationships between the various business areas and functions, external influence on the company, creative thinking and how one builds value-creating customer relationships.
• The Steering theme deals with the way in which overall strategy is translated to concrete goals and how one ensures that co-workers and management strive towards the same goals.
• Within the area Leadership the starting point is your personal leadership. The purpose is, amongst other things, to increase your self-insight. You will also enhance your ability to communicate results and decisions and to motivate and influence your co-workers.
