Management Diploma for Athletes - MDA

For whom?

The program is intended for those of you who have been active in sport, either as a sportsman or woman, leader or in an administrative role. The common denominator for participants on the MDA is the knowledge they bring from different types of career within sport.
The program brings together participants from various arenas, but they all share a drive and determination to succeed – an ingredient which is just as important in business as it is in sport. We strive to put together a stimulating mix of participants on the program.

Description

The program is module-based. To some extent, you will be able to adapt your studies to the time and pace which suits you. The program focuses on the following areas:

• Leadership
• Markets, customers and value creation
• Communication and change
• Competitiveness and business development
• Steering and organization
• Coaching

We work on the program with project work which can be related to your existing or future business. This could be everything from a change project to a completely new business plan for an entrepreneurial initiative.
The program is a General Management program which encompasses the perspectives of leadership, business and steering. We call it “holistic management and leadership”.
