Description

The underlying theme of the program is that the conscious leader can contribute to the development and motivation of their personal. In this way they lead their organization to success.

Leadership Through Personal Development takes as its starting point the challenges you face and consists primarily of experience-based methods such as discussions, reflection, role play and coaching.

The program is divided into:
• Personal development – self knowledge
• Leadership and group development
• Holistics and joint creation
• Coaching – from education to reality
• Integration and reflection.
