Inga-Britt Ahlenius can look back on an exceptionally long and successful career. After graduating from the Stockholm School of Economics, she served in official capacities at Sweden’s Ministry of Finance and as director-general of the Swedish National Audit Office before embarking on an international career that included investigating corruption within the European Commission. Inga-Britt’s “regulation time” career was crowned by five years at the United Nations Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS) as Under-Secretary General, the UN’s third highest ranked position.
In every leadership position, Inga-Britt has earned a reputation for sticking to her principles. Now she has come to SSE IFL to share her experiences in management by values, with integrity and moral courage as key concepts.
